Existing Problem

Most widely used cell based assays to screen test-molecule inhibitors against know protein targets either indirectly report target engagement through reporter-based methods or depend on test-molecule-target interaction data generated after cell-lysis. These prevailing methods for test-molecule screening do not provide direct 'real-time' target engagement information and suffer from data artifacts originating from cell-lysis procedures.
